Cancellations & Rescheduling: Life happens — I completely understand! However, to respect the time and preparation that goes into each appointment, I kindly ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Card on File: For your convenience and to protect both client and artist, a valid card must be kept on file when booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or per the policies listed below. Reschedule Limit: Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After that, the full cost of the appointment must be paid upfront to book again. Final Sales: Please note that all services are final sale.
